Lodging in a quiet housing estate "Les Lentisques", in a preserved and green environment, for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children) and on several levels, all in an exotic setting. No pets allowed!

- The entrance to the house: is through a gate that can park 1 car, then several stairs in Bormes stone to access the terrace with retractable table depending on the number of people accompanied by a powerful electric barbecue (Weber Genesis), leading to the dining room, open to the fully equipped kitchen, a few stairs to reach the living room level, with a bay window overlooking the hills and a glimpse of the sea. An adjoining cinema room with reclining seats and HD sound (satellite, Netflix, WIFI, Fibre, international channels...).

- Level 2: Serving two bedrooms, on the left a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with a view of the hills and storage space, a shower room with Salernes tiles and a separate WC.

On the right, a children's bedroom (not air-conditioned) with high quality wooden bunk beds, storage and mosquito netting, opening onto the balcony with sea and hill views leading to the patio with heated infinity pool.

- Level 1: Landing with separate toilet and cupboards, then arrival in a corridor leading to a modern shower room with high quality materials with washbasin and WC, on the same level on the left, a laundry room (with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, washbasin, storage...) and a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with television and storage, accompanied by a garden view from the window.

- On the garden level: a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with bay windows and garden view (secured access with roller blinds) with television, dressing room, storage space, shower room with basin, towel dryer and WC.

At the exit of the terrace in front of the kitchen, some stairs in a paradisiacal and flowered frame, landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants leading to the heated swimming pool with overflow with alarm, external shower, arrangements (behind vertical tarpaulin), seats, deckchairs, parasol, table and chairs (terracotta paving) the whole with a sublime sea view, on the Cap Nègre and the surrounding hills.
