Vue proximité confort

Très bon séjour très belle vue situation idéale pour faire les courses aller au port ou à la plage Appartement confortable avec ses 3 chambres climatisée

Un séjour très agrèable

Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable dans cet appartement avec une vue magnifique sur les îles, surtout au coucher de soleil. L'appartement est très confortable, facile à vivre même avec des enfants (on était deux couples dont une avec des enfants). Pas loin du centre - on descendait à pied chaque matin pour les croissants ;) - mais au calme du centre ville. La piste cyclable commence juste en bas de l'immeuble.... bref, on s'est régalé! Merci!

mauvais rapport qualité prix

La vue est magnifique car l'appartement est sur le toit d'un immeuble et malheureusement il n'y a pas de stores, la terrasse est impraticable la journée, la climatisation est vétuste dans les chambres uniquement et il faut aller vider l'eau qui s'écoule dans des bassines espérons que les reparations ont été faites, l'équipement electro menager date de la meme époque au moins 25 ans , les chambres n'ont pas été refaites papier d'époque décollé, salle de bain d'époque seule la salle de douche a ete refaite au vu du prix demandé on est en droit d'exigé un certain niveau de prestation

Nostalgie

Nous y revenons cette année. L'année dernière notre séjour familial a été délicieux. L'appartement est un vrai lieu de vie où l'on se sent bien, plein d'ondes positives. La vue sur les Iles est à couper le souffle, l'accueil et le personnel parfait. Grand bonheur de rentrer dans un endroit parfaitement clean. Tout est meublé et décoré avec goût dans l'esprit méridionnal et on a apprécié les jolis tableaux et objets. Certaines chambres mériteraient d'être raffraichies mais la vérité est ailleurs, en particulier dans la situation aérienne du lieu et les longues soirées en terrasse. Et pourtant, tout est à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la plage. Un détail d'importance on a bien apprécié la literie de qualité. La vie au village est décontractée, les commerçants accueillants, quelques bonnes tables que vous indiqueront les propriétaires, une plage privée très sympa avec un super restaurant de plage à des prix très corrects. On recommande cette location à toute famille avec ou sans enfants ne voulant pas être tributaire de leur voiture et à nos amis bien sûr.
