Stayed several times when it was Ibis

The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding and towels good quality. Staff were helpful Painting bathroom walls not a good idea as loo sear sticks to the wall !

Fab location & staff

Fantastic location, quiet at night, right on the river by a bridge that lead to the old town where the best bars and bistro restaurants were. Excellent staff, good value breakfast and comfortable, clean rooms

Good location.

We had to book here at very short notice when our pre booked accommodation cancelled on us. Hotel was fine, general corridor areas need modernising. Room was small staff helpfully stored our bikes. Hotel was in good location 10mins to town and 20 to the train station. Breakfast was limited not worth extra money. Stay was fine but wouldnt choose it again.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Easy check-in with my dog. the hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The room was clean with everything for me and my dog to be comfortable. the hotel is well located, free parking in front of the hotel, a tram that takes you to 24h le Mans circuit, and small walking distance to the old city.

Staff were very helpful & couldnt fo enough for you. Food in cafe bar was excellent & good value. Good location for Cite de Plantagenet. Aircon good & quiet. Negative - rooms & entire hotel need an upgrade. Shower very high base. Hallways grubby. Decor dark & dingy.

Für eine Nacht okay

Die Lage ist für einen Besuch in der sehenswerten Altstadt großartig. Am Hotel gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, wer nicht an der Straße parken möchte, unbedingt einen bei der Buchung reservieren. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings gab es beim Käse nur eine Sorte und es dauerte bis dieser nachgelegt wurde. Croissants gab es für Spätaufsteher frische.

Dès notre arrivée déjà un problème : il n'y avait pas de trace de notre réservation de parking, qu'il n'y a plus de place et on nous dit de garer notre véhicule dans la rue ! Finalement après avoir signifié notre mécontentement, on nous trouve une place. Viens le tour de la carte de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas et nous contraint à des allers et retours à la réception et cela à chaque fois que l'on retourne dans la chambre. Puis il manque une serviette de douche (nous sommes 2)! Pour le prix de la chambre (335€ la nuit) on pourrait s'attendre à ne rien avoir à reprocher. Ceci dit la chambre était propre, la literie de bonne qualité, le petit déjeuner correct et au final on nous fait la gratuité sur la place de parking.

Missing amenities

Overall was a nice hotel but was missing a lot of standard amenities. Space in the room was very tight. No coffee or tea in the room. We came down and asked for some ice as there was no ice machines around and were given a glass with 4 cubes. When we asked the next day they said they had none. TV had no international Channels. They could do a lot better for an international market. I would not stay there again.

Très bien situé

Hotel très bien situé, à 1.5 km de la gare, à 5 minutes à pieds de la vieille ville et du tramway T1 qui va au circuit. Lit confortable, surmatelas apprécié, calme nous sommes restés 4 nuits). Très bon petit dejeuner (croissant, pain au chocolat, très bons pains variés, yaourt, salade de fruits frais, oeufs brouillés et bacon...). Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de salade de fruits le dernier matin (problème de livraison). Personnel sympathique.
