"Used this Novotel as a stop over. Was clean, is in need of an update, stair wells filled with bed linen, lifts not working, bar/restaurant had inattentive staff, but all were very polite when you managed to get someone. More of a 3 star, not a 4 like many other Novotels we have stayed in, however ..."
