Located on the road leading to one of Martinique's most beautiful beaches, amidst still wild and preserved nature, the Villa Case Coco welcomes you for a stay dedicated to tranquility, rest, and immersion in a different setting.



My charming sea-view villa rental:



Entirely built in wood with exposed beam framework and featuring a spacious gallery, it stays true to the Creole way of life, inviting you to savor the tropical climate. In front of you lies a peaceful panorama blending the shades of green from the surrounding countryside with the intense blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Naturally ventilated, the Villa Case Coco offers a delightful living experience. The louvered windows welcome in the refreshing breeze.

Opening onto the terrace, the kitchen and the living room seamlessly merge. In the kitchen area, you will find all the necessary appliances to prepare your favorite dishes. In the living room, a cozy and warm atmosphere combining modern and traditional elements.

The Villa Case Coco houses two bright, comfortable, and air-conditioned bedrooms. The main bedroom, with its antique furnishings, exudes a pleasant sense of timeless softness: a pearwood bed adorned with a mosquito net, a mahogany secretary, and a pure rattan rocking chair. Opening onto the gallery, it offers a relaxing view of the landscape. Furnished with two trundle beds measuring 140x190, the second bedroom can accommodate four people. These two rooms share a blue mosaic shower room and a separate toilet.



The pool and tropical garden of my seasonal vacation home



Overlooking the garden and the sea, the gallery is the heart of the villa. A large wooden table offers a dream setting for your meals with family or friends. A sitting area with its sofa and armchairs made of Andean laurel wood invites you to sip local aperitifs, gently touched by the trade winds. Embracing the horizon, the pool and its deck promise pure relaxation. A hut housing a barbecue has been set up near the pool for convivial evenings around grilled meals. Surrounding the villa, the garden of about 2500m² is planted with agaves, palm trees, lemon trees, guava trees, and pear trees.



Away from the tourist hustle and bustle, the Villa Case Coco is a true haven of peace, perfect for rejuvenation and indulgence in simple pleasures.

The view to the Atlantic Ocean was terrific.We enjoyed the pool and the large terrace very much. The house is very quiet and close to the beautiful beaches in the south, a car is necessary

Tolles Haus mit Panorama

Der Ausblick bis hin zum Atlantik war grandios. Wir haben den Pool und die große Terrasse sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und in der Nähe der schönen Strände im Süden. Ein Auto ist nötig.

Villa tout confort, calme et magnifique vue

Rien ne manque dans cette villa décorée avec goût pour passer des vacances au calme tout en restant proche du Marin (10 mn en voiture). La gérante a toujours répondu très vite à toutes nos questions avant le départ. Malgré une arrivée tardive, nous avons été accueilli avec le sourire, un planteur et tout pour un premier petit déjeuner. La clim a été ajoutée dans les chambres, elle fonctionne très bien. La cuisine est très bien équipée, le seul très petit bémol : il manque des couteaux qui coupent !! La piscine est assez grande pour jouer avec des enfants, les 2 terrasses sont très agréables. Literie confortables avec moustiquaires. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Great place with great view, equiped with all that is need for home-like stay. We arrived late at night and have some few fresh products in the fridge and baguette waiting. Great communication with manager and no problems during whole stay. Water was hot during whole stay. Photos reflects reality. Beautiful sunrises in a package. Internet connection stable but too slow for everyday work, if you need to work during holidays or you look for a home-away workplace. Not very far from Le Marin but due to conditions of roads takes some more time than expecred to get there. Perfect for rest away from cities and as a starting point to discovere the island.

Nous avons aimé la quiétude du lieu. La vue est fantastique et la climatisation serait superflue, tant la maison est bien ventilée ! Cependant il y un problème de fourniture d’eau chaude, après une manipulation par le manager, nous sommes passés de la douche tiède-froide à tiède-tiède. Heureusement pas de problème sur la fourniture d’eau froide même en période de sécheresse ! Sur les équipements électroménagers et internet : parfait Sur les équipements ménagers : un renouvellement est à prévoir Sur la literie : bon état et confortable. La piscine est juste super pour se détendre et quel ravissement dans ce paysage ! Conforme aux photos !
