"Even though the rooms are marked non-smoking, the customers stood outside their doors and smoked. My eyes burned and I could smell the smoke. The rooms are all facing outdoors and the nearest neighbor can be just a few feet away, Hence, smoking within a few feet of the window and door. "

"Easy checkin. The clerk at the check in desk was extremely accommodating and addressed all questions and concerns promptly. The room was spacious and the breakfast was filling and varied. We only stayed one night at this hotel but from our experience, we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting or on transit through Rubelles. "Nice and friendly staff. Clean room and premises. Very practical and easy to access by car and to park near the main entrance. Perfect place for a stay over when on a road trip. However, the restaurant is closed on weekends and there’s nothing available to eat unless you take your car again to go someplace or you order fast food. "

"This property appeared to be decent however it was extremely loud due to the nature of access to the room via the outside corridor. People must pass by your window to get to their room and leaves very little privacy and is very loud. The room was renovated however it was very hot and air conditioning was turned off for the winter and the only window looked onto the corridor balcony therefore not very good for noise or safety. As I went to bed a cockroach scurried up the headboard which was the worst! My husband managed to kill it. The non smoking room had a terrible smell of smoke as it must have been used by smokers. It permeated fabric and carpet therefore you could not air the room out and get rid of the smell. Overall not a place I would return to considering the price. "

"Comfortable and convenient hotel. It looks big but is really quite small. The grounds are in need of a gardener but the oak forest in front of the hotel shield it from a very busy road. There is a Buffalo Grill opposite but there is no pedestrian exit so a little difficult in my opinion. The hotel is very close to Vaux le Vicomte and Fontainebleau if like us you like visiting chateaux."

"The restaurant was closed, it being a Sunday, which we were not warned about. Power cut on Monday morning, which your chap fixed quickly. Worse thing, there is a concrete bar across the exit, which is too high, and it damaged the underside of my car. "
