"Well what can I say our stay was simply lovely. The photos do not capture the magical element of Les Patis. The properties charm was delightful. Tony and Pat are both great hosts and could not do enough for our family to make sure our stay was special. Tony even set up a DVD and TV in the communal room by the pool, for all the children staying in the Gites. Our children loved making friend's and now have pen pals in Hamburg, Dublin, and Wigan. "The house is really beautifull and has everything you need. For everton an own bathroom and enough space. The swimmingpool was also very nice with warm water."

"An old stone floored cottage in pleasant surroundings with easy storage for our bikes and access to the garden which was rustically beautiful. Vintage furniture and a very small galley kitchen. Bed was rather hard for my liking. Stone floors rather drought in April but probably cooling in summer. Plenty of crockery and glasses and good facilities."

"Nous sommes 4 amis (2 femmes, 2 hommes) et nous voulions visiter de petits villages du Perche et de la région de l'Aigle. Le charmant petit village de la Gonfrière offrait une situation idéale. L'ancien presbytère comporte au moins quatre chambres individuelles et de nombreuses toilettes. "The property was clean, and the back garden is large and enjoyable. There was no Wifi, despite advertising that there is. Also note that the bedroom layout is not great for privacy - you need to pass through one bedroom to reach the next bedroom."
