A sleeping area, located at the back of the house, consists of a single bed (90x190 cm) on the ground floor and a single bed (90x190 cm) on the mezzanine, providing a cozy and well-designed space for everyone.

Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture invites you to enjoy your meals al fresco or simply enjoy the serenity of the surroundings. Children, meanwhile, can have fun in the specially designed play area.

With its all-inclusive rate, this house guarantees you a worry-free stay, where all that's left is to fully enjoy the peace and quiet of Le Poinçonnet. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
