"Nous avons séjourné à Audenge dans cette très agréable maison avec nos 3 enfants de 17,13 et 10 et notre chien de 35kgs. Yves et son épouse ont été adorables du début à la fin, serviables, toujours disponibles et pas du tout envahissants malgré que leur propriété soit juste à côté. Tout est bien pensé dans la maison, elle est très propre et spacieuse, on ne s'est pas du tout marché dessus à tout les 6!Nous reviendrons sans hésitation, merci encore à eux.."

Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice über den Betrag für den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. Es ist aber neu mit Sensor, das...

"Nous avons malheureusement dû quitter l’hôtel très tôt le matin en raison de l’évacuation ordonnée par les autorités à cause des incendies de forêt. Cette situation était évidemment totalement indépendante de la volonté de l’hôtel. Le personnel est resté calme, professionnel et serviable dans des circonstances exceptionnelles. Nous sommes surtout reconnaissants d’avoir pu quitter les lieux en toute sécurité. Nous souhaitons à toute l’équipe beaucoup de courage et espérons que l’activité de l’hôtel pourra reprendre normalement très bientôt. Merci et bon courage à toute l’équipe du Novotel Bordeaux Mérignac. P.S. Nous reviendrons… et cette fois, nous profiterons aussi du petit-déjeuner ! 😊"
