"Everything was OK inside, but the outside of the house, need to be cleaned and more in adequation with the pictures.... Grass not cut, chairs & table could have been cleaned, etc ... But globally it was good !"

"Great property, exactly as described. Clean, tidy and comfortable. A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return"

"A very comfortable, well equipped house with plenty of space for our family of 6. Large sliding doors look out onto the enclosed garden & patio, which includes a covered dining area and BBQ, The house is a short walk to the village centre for the boulangerie & local shops, etc. Lovely beaches & walks just a short drive away."

"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. Host was very relaxed and...

"This is a beautiful, fully-equipped property with a wonderful location just a block from the beach and with easy access to the center of the city. Mickael, the on-site property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as described in the posting and we had use of bicycles, beach equipment, and many other amenities. If we lived closer, we would come back more often."

"We had a great time, the house was as good if not better than described. It was a short walk into the village bakery and little supermarket, and a short drive to the coast for the beach and boat trips. We were only there for a week and wish we could have stayed longer."
