A deposit of € 150 will be raised and paid to you after the final cleaning or transferred back to your account. Should damage or an increased need for cleaning be determined by our concierge at the time of the apartment inspection, the additional time required will be offset against the deposit.
The prices are based on - up to TWO PEOPLE. If more than 2 people arrive, the rental price increases by € 5 per person per night in low season and by € 7 per person in high season.

Sleeping places for MAXIMUM 4 adults and 2 children (maximum 55 kg per child in a bunk bed).

The rental price already includes:
Apartment, final cleaning, parking space in EDEN PARK, electricity / heating, water, use of in-house facilities such as tennis, table tennis, boules, use of pool (April to October).

Within walking distance of the private holiday apartment in EDEN PARK, there is a bakery, doctor, pharmacy and a small supermarket in LE PRADET - LA GARONNE as well as a handful of restaurants / cafés right by the sea.
The residence's buildings are U-shaped and surround a park overgrown with palm trees, pine trees, olive trees and mimosa.
In the center of LE PRADET (1.4 km away, good bus connection) you will find supermarkets (CASINO, LIDL, supermarket) post office, petrol stations, banks, doctors, the OFFICE DE TOURISME DE PRADET / tourist office, weekly markets (e.g. B. every Friday morning in the city center of LE PRADET), concert events and much more.

The Grand Canyon of Provence are the Gorges du Verdon (130 km) and are always worth a visit. But you should also visit Cassis with its impressive fjords (50 km).
