"What a great finding. We found this place a little bit away from the main area but it ended up being the best decision. The hotel is very nice. The setup for a family of four is amazing. The location is upscale and quiet. It has a great restaurant that you can tell attracts locals on its own. But the best part is the staff. Friendly, kind and went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in Annecy."

Great location, right on the lake and with some sweet restaurants and small stores nearby or easy walk or uber to town. Rooms were so luxurious and spotlessly clean. Gym was bright, airy and well equipped. Spa was calm and service was lovely,"

"I liked that the property was so close to train station and a few restaurants. It made getting to my morning bus very convenient. Once I moved to an interior room the noise from the room on the street, entirely diminished and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, warm and helpful which made my stay more enjoyable. I wish there had been a fridge in the room, and a common lounge area."
