"When we arrived at the hotel my husband was not well with stomach problems.The receptionist was so helpful and kind and ordered a pizza for us to be delivered to the hôtel só we would not have to go out to eat.The restaurant in the hotel,is closed over the weekend. He was so kind in every way and we had a pleasant stay there…many thanks to his attitude towards us "

We had a flat tyre in the morning and Mathilda on Reception was an absolute star, Googling methods for loosening tight bolts, watching YouTube videos then jumping on the wrench herself to loosen them - Amazing, thank you. We broke down in Tournus due to a puncture, had to wait two days for new tyres, but managed to find this hidden gem, everything about it was amazing and could not fault it, pool, food and especially Catharine who helped us with taxis and speaking to the garage on our behalf, it certainly took away the pain of missing two days of our holiday, would and have recommended to all friends. Well done Catharine and team, you have an amaing hotel."

"Front desk English skills were a bit limited, but the entire staff was exceptionally friendly, even in the midst of hosting a large Spain cultural event. Rooms in excellent shape. AC worked, even in a super heat wave, but we couldn’t figure out why they kept automatically turning off at midnight. Charming, walkable small town, with lots of live music. Awesome. "
