"We came for the first time for three nights and this place is perfect. It was immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Its only a very short walk to great bars and shops and the funicular will take you up top to even for action. We liked that it was just outside all that action. We would not hesitate to stay again."

"We stayed in a lovely turret room of the old Chateau Frontenac. The ambiance was excellent by and large--although I thought the pool was small and primarily filled with squalling children--but for the price ( ca. $800 a night) it wouldn't hurt to include breakfast. There were not enough Keurig pods of coffee in our room--three of us--and the lack of breakfast made me grumpy"

"Hotel is “tired” and needs refurbishment. Gym was out of date and not clean and room service took 70 minutes for a sandwich when the promise was 35-40 minutes"

"The desk clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we indicated we did not speak French, he very easily spoke to us in English. The hotel was very clean. The room was very nice and clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant which we found to be very good and the wait staff was excellent. It was a bit of a drive from Highway 20."

"The A/C wasn't working properly and stuch inside a kitchen cabinet. The upper cabinet keep closing down. It didn't stay open at all.there wasn't any kcups and cream. I had to ask everyday for replacement. "
