"One of the reasons I booked this hotel on my travels is because the weather had been mild and it advertised having air conditioning. This was wildly misleading. The panel was mostly disabled, you could not change the temperature, it was locked at 24C. The room was far too hot. The bed was otherwise comfortable and the shower was good, the food in the restaurant was fine - but I just didn’t find it comfortable or overly appealing."
