"A lovely old sprawling house with an array of outside spaces to socialise, play or read a book in. The top garden is vast. Beds were comfortable. The long outside dining table was a great place for us all to eat. Make sure that all the extra costs are understood before booking as they weren’t clear for us. When this was questioned the hosts were hostile in their response, which was a shame. "

"Pascale could not have been more helpful. I asked for breakfast and evening meal as I was on my own and didn't fancy the drive into Songeons in the evening. The house is beautiful ( old farmhouse in style and wooden interior and Indian lights makes for a wonderful ambience). The extensive grounds are a wonderful place to relax and there are chairs and loungers all over so that you can avoid the sun or not!"

"Good parking in free public car park at back of hotel. Well decorated older building. Good ambiance. Simple but adequate rooms. Bring you own kettle! Lovely staff. Good restaurant. Good value for money"
