This pleasant house comprises, on the ground floor, an entrance hall opening onto a bright living/dining room with direct access to the south-facing terrace, an open-plan fitted and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate WC.

Upstairs, a landing leads to a large mezzanine with a double bed (140 cm) and a queen-size bed (160 cm), a TV area, a shower room, and a separate WC. There are also two bedrooms:

– a first bedroom with two single bunk beds (90 cm) and a double bed (140 cm),
– a second bedroom with a bunk bed (two single beds, one 90 cm and the other 140 cm) and a single bed.

Outside, you can enjoy the garden and the terrace. Two parking spaces are available.
