Find our 3 ads for 3 Gites of 75 m2 each, contemporary, eco-friendly, modern and spacious. Each gite has a terrace with table, parasol and barbecue. The property has a large garden with ubiquitous vegetation around a large secure swimming pool (to be shared) measuring 9x5 metres. The car park and garden are fully enclosed and secure.
Linen (sheets and towels) included in the price from June to October only.
Cleaning included in the price (all year round).
A 5-minute drive will take you to the new "Ostréapolis" interpretation centre dedicated to oyster farming and seafood in general.
All year round, the Sunday market welcomes several permanent traders (fruit and vegetables, meat, oysters) in the central square. In summer, additional traders are added.

Amazing holiday

Property clean and well maintained. Lovely pool The area is lovely with a baker’s and supermarket a very short cycle in one direction and the beach in the other.

It was really a great holiday! We’ve stayed in gite Berder, and that’s the gite in the middle. A cosy apartment with everything in it you need for a family with 4 people. The garden is so beautiful and the swimmingpool is fantastic!! The owner Pascal is very kind and helpful. Le Tour-du-Parc is a lovely little village and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. There is so much to see. One week is too short!

Appartement could be nicer and more cozy

The appartement could be equipped nicer with better and cleaner sofas. Also kitchen and living room don't seem cozy. Windows should be cleaned. Flower pots infront of door should be planted. Pool is very nice

Havre de paix

Endroit très calme, situé géographiquement dans un endroit calme. La piscine, si discrète dans son écrin de verdure, invite également à la quiétude. Le propriétaire Sébastien ainsi que notre interlocutrice Tifenn sont très disponibles et sympathiques. Les logements sont récents et très bien équipés. Nous recommandons.

Es hätte so gut sein können…

…und es war eigentlich auch sehr schön, denn die Lage ist sehr schön, Garten und Pool ebenso. Die Wohung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (sogar mit einem Pürierstab!), aber auf der anderen Seite wurde an kleinen Dingen wie am Putzlappen etc. (nichts), der Zahl der Handtücher, den Küchentüchern (keine) gespart. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr hellhörig und nicht 100% sauber (Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, Pfannen waren schlicht dreckig). Sehr gestört hat uns das Check-in und -out. Wir mussten innerhalb von 24 Stunden 5 Seiten „Benimmregeln“ (mit Strafandrohungen) auf Englisch lesen und unterschreiben sowie eine mehrseitige Inventarliste (französisch) kontrollieren und ebenfalls unterschreiben (oder auf eigenen Gefahr eben nicht). Beim Check-out wurde sogar die Funktion der Dunstabzugshaube und einiges mehr getestet (die Sauberkeit der Pfannen hingegen nicht). Und wir mussten die Wohnung trotz gezahlter Endreinigung selber durchsaugen und die Betten abziehen, die wir zu Beginn auch selbst hatten beziehen müssen! Aber am meisten hat uns die hohe Kaution gestört, von der wir erste drei Tage vor Anreise per Mail erfuhren (ist bei FeWo nicht erwähnt). Bar oder Überweisung auf ein uns unbekanntes Konto!!!) Da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits in Frankreich waren, war eine Überweisung nicht mehr möglich - was wir aber auch NIE gemacht hätten - und bar hatten wir den Betrag auch nicht komplett. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass ein Teilbetrag, den wir zur Verfügung hatten, akzeptiert wurde, nur mussten wir danach natürlich mit Gebühren Geld für uns abheben! Sowas geht gar nicht! Diese Art der Behandlung hat uns nicht gerade das Gefühl vermittelt, wirklich als GAST willkommen zu sein. Wir hatten eher das Gefühl, als potentielle Randalierer betrachtet zu werden. Sehr schade, denn als Konsequenz werden wir diese Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen.

Tolle Unterkunft!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in wunderbarer Gartenanlage und tollem Pool. Auch die Lage insgesamt ist sehr günstig, einkaufen und baden in wenigen Minuten möglich. Viele weitere Ausflugsziele mit dem Fahrrad/Auto gut erreichbar. Kommen gerne wieder!

Excellentes vacances

Avons passé un excellent séjour Le logement est grand,très propre,très bonne literie,joliment décoré, avec le très beau jardin autour et au calme.Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et à l'écoute de nos demandes.Endroit parfait également pour visiter la région.
