"Location was perfect!!! Great for a family with kids, They can definitely use an upgrade on the playroom (basically for toddlers) They promote kid friendly but kids only had about 5 playing machines …. The buffet was delicious for breakfast, not so much for dinner . Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, shopping mall , train station and bus stops. Only bad thing to say is they had NO MICROWAVE, NO FRIDGE . The laundry area was malfunctioning too took all night to have someone come fix the washer "

"My experience at the Novotel Hotel Paris was very pleasant. The cuisine was good and healthy and the staff exceptionally courteous. The room was spacious and clean. I was also treated to a magnificient view of Paris from the room assigned to me. I recommend the Novotel Paris to any one visiting Paris."

"The bar is not a typical bar. It’s whatever alcohol they have on a shelf in the room and they will pour it in a glass for you. This was disappointing as we expected a regular bar with options and inventory. "
