The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Treport, a stone's throw from the port and the beach in a small shopping street with all amenities: bakery, butcher, store, mini-market, restaurants, bars...

Located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with two armchairs, a TV and a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate 2 guests.
- A closed and fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker...
- A bedroom with a double bed.
- A bathroom with a shower, a basin, shower gel and/or shampoo, storage space and a heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet.
- A balcony of about 4 m² without furniture facing south !
