"I booked for 2 people and they seemed surprised. They only provided one key which made all the planning extremely inconvenient as I had to attend a conference while my girlfriend was sightseeing. Very disappointed that they didn' have a second key."

"Superbly located property, a few yards away from the lift with great facilities; garage, ski lockers, pool… we checked in online (which we strongly recommend) via the link the property sent which saved us queueing on arrival Saturday (queue was out the door!) - they will send you a SMS with you room number, go there straight away and your keys and instructions will be on the kitchen table. "First class hotel and standard of accommodation, in keeping with the CGH brand of residence. Location a little out of town, but close by the bus stop and regular village shuttle bus. Possible to ski directly back to the hotel, however to access the slopes in the morning, approximate 500m uphill walk, which may be an issue with young children/elderly. "La résidence est calme est très bien située, proche des commerces et juste à côté de la station de ski. La vue du 3ème étage est magnifique et l'appartement est bien entretenu. Le monsieur de la réception est très accueillant et serviable. Cependant, la literie est peu confortable. "
