"All the staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and each time I came they had lots of delicious things, not just the typical American Breakfast. The waiters knew me and brought my cappuccino with a smile. The front desk is super helpful and kind. Very clean facilities. The wellness center is really affordable and has good services. I had a great experience."

"Our stay started with a warm greeting and introduction from the owner and it kept getting better. Beautiful view of Mt Etna, amazing rooms that were top notch, and a breakfast that pleased everyone. I honestly would give this place 6 out of 5 stars. We had 5 people staying in my family, and everyone agreed that this was the nicest place we’ve stayed with all around quality. Highly recommend it!"

"From our arrival we had a lovely warm welcome. The house is comfortable and homely, well stocked with all amenities one could need .We had a wonderful week here and highly recommend it."

"Stay was ok. Hotel showed as pet friendly, nothing stated otherwise on the room we booked. I think there may have been something in the small print of the general hotel details we missed. On arrival we were told we were not allowed the 2 bed apartment we booked as we had the dog. No real explanation as to why, we were so tired from travel we just accepted as it was too late to find somewhere else. We were downgraded to a family room with no view or facility’s which was a little disappointing. Staff were amazing, owner was nice. Breakfast was great. Car charger on site was handy, but a little expensive and slow around 1euro per kw and only chargers at 1.7kw. Our room was a little noisy as it was next to the car park and we could hear people above moving furniture around. Location was good, we were told the views were amazing 😒, but didn’t see that ourself as we didn’t have a room with a view. It did have a nice court yard. It seemed safe and clean, bathroom was big. Room was big, wifi was terrible."

The Quintecita Villa is an ideal place from which to explore Catania and the Cyclopian coastline near Acitrezza or do some trekking up Mt. Etna. The guest apartment is very well-appointed and has everything you need, including ice cold A/C and a beatiful pool. "
