"We had a fantastic time at Clayton Hotel Birmingham - my mum wouldn’t stop talking about it for weeks after the trip. Hisham was very friendly and efficient. When checking in, I asked him if we could be allocated a room with a fridge as we had food. He recognised us from previous stays, and upgraded us to a larger, luxurious suite. The breakfast was also lovely. It was clean and well maintained. A member of staff (I believe the manager) also checked to see if we were okay, which we appreciated. Overall, a fantastic stay and looking forward to visiting again in the coming weeks. "
