The Canyon was Beautiful!! And there were really neat waterfalls nearby plus the Dances with Wolves winter scene site near the Lodge. Also a great restaurant across the street.

We were at the Lodge 10 years ago and were so impressed with the Lodge, the area, lodging and the staff. Happy to say nothing has changed! The most beautiful place to stay. Nature all around and the Fall colors were at their peak. The creek right by the Lodge with picnic table, chairs and hammocks was a perfect place to unwind after exploring the canyon. The staff is excellent. Hope to be back!

We had a great time here at Spearfish Canyon. It is close to different activities and still far enough to have peace and quiet. If you want to have a peaceful time this is the place to be. I will be back.

Gorgeous lodge in the middle of spearfish canyon. Hiking trails are right outside the door. Originally thought of staying in the town of Spearfish but so glad we stayed here instead. The lodge is about a 15 minute drive into town.
