The charming Trails End Retreat is a 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath cabin that offers privacy in a beautiful setting. The cabin is tastefully decorated with beautiful views that can be easily enjoyed while sitting in the hot tub on the deck! This cabin provides 1 King bed, 3 Queen beds, and 1 twin bed. In addition to it's unbeatable amenities, Trails End Retreat also boasts a prime location near the Terry Peak Ski Area and local ATV trails. Please do not bring any tents or campers to the property as they are not allowed. Due to the high elevation, you will find this home very comfortable with no air conditioning. As more and more people are visiting the Black Hills, the area is continuing to expand. We are excited that more people are falling in love with our area but unfortunately this means there is construction going on near the cabin as others build their own cabins. Please be patient with us as this is frustrating for us too but ultimately out of our control.

Spacious with room to spread out, full amenities.
Beautiful cabin with three levels that allowed family to spread out. Kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils and pans. Hot tub was great after a full day of skiing. Very clean home with comfortable beds. Plenty of parking space. Would recommend and will use again.

Last Chance at trails end
1st week in October is ideal. Trees turning, limited number of vacationers, weather beautiful. The property was like heaven on earth. Perfect for families or group of friends. Location of the property was central to many attractions. I highly recommend it.

Great cabin but getting there is difficult
First off I want to say that the cabin was everything we would have wanted out of a rental. The management was responsive to my questions and polite. Check in and check out went smoothly and the hot tub is great to relax in. The only "flaw" was the drive way to get there had a "river sized" stipe/divet down the middle of it. We had 3 motorcycles and and it was extremely difficult to maneuver it even with the many years of riding between each driver. Passengers had to get off and walk down the driver way to be safe. Keep this in mind if you are wanting to do some riding. Other than that it was perfect and our truck went just fine up and down the steep slopes that are the Blackhills National Forest.

Wonderful cabin. Would stay again. Privacy at the end of a road. Loved the hot tube. Plenty of room. Very satisfied and would stay again. Had a little trouble with the fireplace, and Wi-Fi would have been nice but had good cell service.

4-wheel drive is Necessary
Property is located at the end of the trail. When we got there they had just received several inches of snow. Without 4-wheel drive we would not have made it in and out of the property - even with the roads cleared. Great location, but difficult to access in the wintertime.
