The main floor features a bright, open concept living, dining, and kitchen area and steps out onto a wraparound deck. The kitchen includes granite countertops and 4 stainless steel appliances, and is equipped with all the amenities of home. A washer and dryer are tucked away in the main floor bathroom.
The upper level includes a master suite with a king bed, desk, ensuite bathroom, and two private balconies: one providing breathtaking views of the Lake and the other offering a tranquil view of the flora and fauna of the agricultural lands adjacent to the National Park.
The lake-level entertainment room includes a walkout to the beach and features a large picture window that looks out to a panoramic vista of the Lake. Relax, cuddle in front of the fireplace, stream movies on a 60` TV, read or play board games, with the soothing sound of the waves in the background. It also offers a queen-sized sofa bed with additional space that can also accommodate two cots upon request at an additional fee.
Other amenities include WI-FI, air-conditioning, and a 5-burner natural gas BBQ.
From this prime waterfront location, you are minutes from the gates of Point Pelee National Park, a bird and butterfly sanctuary, home of the annual Festival of Birds, with campgrounds, nature trails, and 20 km of sandy beach to take a refreshing swim or to build sandcastles at the southernmost point of mainland Canada. You can reach the National Park on a short walk down picturesque Point Pelee Drive or a casual stroll along the sandy beach from the Lakɛhousɛ. Also, a short drive from the Lakɛhousɛ is:

Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before check-in.
All reservations canceled more than 30 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Bookings become non-refundable within 30 days of check-in.

Our rental agreement ensures that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms of the rental. By signing the agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules and guidelines for your stay. This helps to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all involved.
In addition to the rental agreement, we require a $350 offline security deposit hold. A link will be sent to you.
To make your check-in process easier, we have an online check-in form and ask for a copy of your valid photo ID. This will need to be completed in order for your door access code to be generated.

Rental Agreement - Guest must sign rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.
Security Deposit - A $350 offline Security deposit hold will be required and a link will be sent to you.
The online check-in form must be completed in order for your door code to generate into your guest portal
Smoking/Vaping -Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the house. Please smoke outside and dispose of all cigarettes butts appropriately in the ashtrays that are provided. Additional cleaning fees maybe charged in the event cigarette butts are found outside of the ashtrays.
Shoes - We ask that you do not wear shoes inside the house, as it tracks in a lot of things we prefer stay outdoors. Also we ask that feet get wiped off of sand before entering the house.
Bugs- We recommend that you come prepared with appropriate bug repellent, such as bug spray, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience during your outdoor activities. Bug spray can greatly assist in minimizing any inconvenience caused by insects.
Unannounced guests - All guest must be registered.
First Aid Kit & Fire Extinguisher - We have provided both a First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher in case of an emergency.
Housekeeping - There is no daily housekeeping service. While linen and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit to towels or linens to be taken from the house. Should you need extra maid service, please contact us to arrange it. Extra maid services would be at an extra cost.
NOISE- GUESTS SHOULD NOT CREATE EXCESSIVE NOISE AT A LEVEL THAT DISTURBS NEIGHBORS. QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM-8AM
Garbage - Any garbage must be stowed in the appropriate bins. We recommend the garbage is taken out daily to avoid unnecessary odors.
Recycle - Please separate plastics and cardboard and place in the correct bin. Do not place in plastic bags. Failure to separate will result in a $75.00 sorting fee.
Parking - Please park vehicles in designated parking areas only. Please do not park on the grass. Any illegally parked vehicles are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Appliances & kitchenware - Only use appliances for their intended uses. We have provided basic kitchenware for our guests, we kindly ask that you load and start dishwasher before you leave.Dish soap and cloths are located under the sink.
Furniture and decor - Please do not move the furniture or decor. This can damage the floors and disturb the atmosphere of the home we have work so hard to create.
OUTDOOR CUSHIONS MUST BE TAKEN IN AFTER EACH USE AND BEFORE CHECK-OUT. WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY CAUSE DAMAGE, ALSO UNBRELLA PUT DOWN AND TIED. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL RESULT IN A FEE DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.
Pets - Unfortunately, this property is not suitable for pets of any kind.
Towels - Please leave used towels on the floor in the bathroom.
Water and septic - DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages of up to $5000.
Liability - The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowner and PM are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other whom the invite to use the premise.
