"The room was not cleaned during our stay. We were guests for 2 nights. We received towels after we requested them. Very disappointed in the hotel procedures for keeping room clean. I will not recommend the property to any out of towners. It is my hope hotel management will review the standards for hotel cleanliness."

"The room was so incredibly dirty that we had to go get a room at a different hotel. I have photos of the absolute FILTH!! The room smelled to awful that we became nauseous. I e had to borrow money from a family member to pay for the second hotel room. There was absolutely NO WAY that we or anyone would have been able to stay in that room."

"I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...
