"The room was clean and had everything that was needed - an iron, hairdryer, kettle etc.
Check-in was a little slow as there seemed to be glitches with computer - two staff had to figure out what was wrong. We were not told what the issue was. We were the only people checking in at the time and it took between 10-15 minutes. Too slow.
Breakfast tables were not cleared quickly. Its obvious there will be busy times but this is when you need staff to be on the ball, scanning the breakfast area, clearing and wiping tables properly (not pushing crumbs etc onto seating and floor), checking food levels and not having a long queue form for eggs or anything else."
