Perfect stay

My family loved the stay. Clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and relaxing. We loved the areas to sit outside both in the front and back yards. Hot tub worked great. Kitchen had all the dishes, utensils and cookware we needed. We are planning to book this place the next time we are in Leavenworth.

Amazing location, needs some TLC

Quiet, conveniently located home that comfortably held my parents, my spouse, my first grader, and I. Great grocery store across the street, a stone's throw from the river walk, lovely (but aging) hot tub, and a short walk to town (good thing considering the lack of free parking in town). The place is a bit worn -- kitchen had a leaky faucet and the cabinets were missing some hardware, and the fence gates were a bit hard to open, but overall would definitely stay again.

This house is thee place to stay in Leavenworth! It has a ton of space, cozy feel, perfect location to town, all the amenities you could need, and great communication with the host. Definitely staying here the next time we visit.

Good for groups

Great location, very nice kitchen, living, dining area that is open and works well with a group. Kitchen was very well-equipped, even an electric griddle for making pancakes. Bedrooms are comfortable. Good parking. 5 minute walk to town so very convenient. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, great house

Clean, spacious house. Hot tub was great and the griddle provide was an added bonus for quick and easy breakfast in the mornings. Definitely would stay here again.

We LOVED the property and location. It felt like we were tucked into the woods, but walking distance to Front Street was so nice and easy. We definitely want to return to enjoy this property again!

Perfect location

We couldn't have asked for a better location for our stay in Leavenworth. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hot tub was big and perfect for the cold nights. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location in the heart of Leavenworth

We had family and friends, total of three couples, attending the Spring Birding Festival at this delightful property in a prime location of downtown Leavenworth. Easily walk to downtown Leavenworth with all the amazing shops and restaurants. The property is perfect for a family or group of friends. All rooms, kitchen, dining and living had plenty of space for our group. The hosts gave simple and clear instructions. We can't wait to return!

GREAT LOCATION

The location is amazing. When the kids were done shopping they could walk back to the house. Easy access to the River and fruit stands and the Reindeer Farm we’re only minutes to drive to. The host was great with communication.

Good time!

Had a good time with our family, house was close to food and shops, owners were fast to reply and easy to work with and the house itself could use a deep cleaning and a handy person as there were multiple little issues that need to be fixed.
