Unfortunately one wasn't available but he then helped me book a taxi as I wasn't aware of the hospital location. When we returned the next morning he let us stay an extra day for a reduced price. Very grateful. Would stay again. "

"There wasn't a ramp for handicapped people. A ramp would also help people with rolling their luggage. A handrail is needed for the front door. People were using the flower planter."
