"Good staff"

"Very nice and quite place Very Friendly staff Compensated us for dry clean services Nice breakfast Will visit again"

"I suppose to check in at 4 pm They let me wait until 10:30 pm to check in I spent 6 hours and a half on the street "

"Pleasant stay, would book again"

"Great place to stay with very spacious rooms. The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading, as it’s hard to adjust the water due to the bathtub setup. It’s very conveniently located within walking distance to the shops. Batroun has a lot to offer 25 minutes to the snow and 30 minutes to Jounieh. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it"

"Nice area"

"Nice, no staff"

"The property is new and nicely furnished but not well maintained. The apartment smelled of mold and we had to stay a full day without water because they needed to clean the pipes. Shame the property has a lot of potential, restaurants and shops near by and an amazing Mountain View"

"Got there after 4 hours drive to tell me that they’re overbooked and no rooms are left!"

"Hotel and pool were clean but always blackouts, no reception desk, no one to call for help. Nice view"

"The property is a perfect location to watch the sunset 🌇. "

"Beautiful studio apartment! Very well located & nice spacious interior ! Easy parking ! All needed for a nice mountain getaway is there ! Concierge is always there 24/7! Grocery store & casual restaurants walking distance . Simply convenient!"

"It was great "

"We had a new beautiful room next to an apple orchard. The reception and care was super nice. We'll definitely come back."

"Moldy smell. Lack of communication before arrival, did not even stay the night due to mold smell and bedroom area. Would not suggest this to anyone "
