Stay in a piece of history. Mulberry Manor is the entire first floor of an historic 1870 home in an exceptional location of downtown Lebanon. Located just a few steps off Broadway, the most desired and vibrant venue for street festivals, just half-a-block from Blues Fest, the Carriage Parade, enjoy live music, cafes, restaurants and the Golden Lamb — all at your fingertips. After exploring the downtown shops on foot, relax in front of the smart tv, and soak in the welcoming and gracious atmosphere you will feel the second you step in.
You will have the entire first floor of an historic house built in 1870 with its hardwood floors, French doors, and 10-foot ceilings. In the summer, pick fresh produce from the backyard garden, or relax in the private, professionally-landscaped backyard.
There is self check-in for your convenience, but your host is close by in case you need anything. A queen-sized bed is in the bedroom, and a single daybed that also has pull-out single trundle bed is in the back of the dining room. A washer / dryer is in there for your convenience at no cost with laundry supplies provided.
There is the potential for noise as this apartment, though almost all guests describe the location as “quiet.” It is located in the heart of downtown and gets a lot of foot traffic out front during the day, as well as traffic noises and music from nearby venues. On the weekends, there are fantastic street parties and you will be within walking distance.
One long-term tenant resides on the second floor, and occasionally you may hear footsteps from above. However, the entrances are completely separate and the HVAC systems are completely separate. The first floor has its own central air conditioning unit, furnace, and hot water heater.
Street parking is available, and there are three (free) city parking lots within 100 yards of the apartment.
Rules here include no smoking or vaping, no parties, no pets, and no unregistered overnight guests. All guests must upload a government-issued, photo ID to this host within 48 hours of confirmation that will be matched to the persons checking in.

Beautiful, historic home in downtown Lebanon
We were so impressed with our experience at Mulberry Manor than we plan to return again next year! The house was the cleanest I’d ever been in, decorated beautifully and stocked with an assortment of yummy snacks. Ann communicated effectively and pleasantly before, during and after our stay - house info, places to eat and things to do. A+++!

A First Class rental home!
The owner Ann is a total blessing... She really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome... Every form of supplies and snacks is on hand in case you need or forgot to bring anything. She even left 2 quarters on the table in case we wanted to bring the car to the meter place directly in front to load our stuff! (There is plenty of free parking within a block... Her communication style is very professional. The entire stay was first rate and we plan to be back to see our family in Lebanon.

Great Location
The Mullberry Manor is just as described. Very clean, easy check in and awesome location to everything! Ann was awesome in communication and baked an apple pie for us. What a great way to be welcome. We enjoyed walking the downtown, which is right outside your door. Shopping and spent time driving around to surrounding towns and spent the evening at the LaComdedia Club in Springboro. Ann provided such a beautiful, charming atmosphere for us to enjoy time exploring the lovely town of Lebanon for a few days. Her attention to detail is amazing! From the moment we entered Mulberry Manor, we felt right at home! She even left a fresh baked apple pie for us to enjoy and a very well stocked supply of snacks, bottled water and a whole array of items available in case we forgot any essentials. She sent us information on various shops, restaurants, history of various places in town and sights to see and also took time to communicate with us to see if there was anything we needed. We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the shops and wonderful food! We highly recommend Mulberry Manor as your home away from home. You won’t be disappointed!

Mulberry Manor in Lebanon, Ohio, was a fabulous hidden in plain sight gem! It was just my style. The host, Ann, added special touches so that I really felt (more comfortable than) at home. When she sent messages, it was hard to believe we had never met or talked in person. If I am in the area again, I will definitely attempt to book Mulberry Manor for my stay.

I'm a repeat offender at Mulberry Manor - that's how much I love it! Easy and convenient, plus I love being able to walk to all the great shops downtown. Lebanon also has a fabulous bike path down by the train station. Check it out! Shout out to the best host ever - I've standed in MANY vacation rentals and Ann is by far the best of the best!!!

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this spot. Ann was especially welcoming with beautiful fresh flowers, coffee, water, assorted treats and a box of fresh bakery goodies from a local bakery. Loads of things to do within walking distance. Charming guest house in historic town
Couldn't have been better - Ann is a 5 star host and thinks of EVERYTHING. Lovely guest house in the center of a charming historic town easy walking distance to several great restaurant options and coffee shops (something out of a movie set, according to my husband). Close enough to Cincinatti to easily drive in for a Reds game, but we were happy to come back to relaxing Lebanon. Comfortable beds and great air conditioning, as well as every convenience you could ask for in the apartment. Perfectly clean and well looked after. We came to watch the world ultimate club tournament expecting modern drab suburbia - Ann's welcoming apartment and historic Lebanon could not be more charming and were the icing on the cake that really made our vacation. Thanks Ann! (and thanks to Lebanon and Mason for effectively and easily hosting 3,000 athletes from around the world... and their fans!)

Great place to stay for a long or short trip
My family loved staying at this getaway. The house was amazing and provided a perfect getaway for our family. The walk downtown was very delightful and the whole atmosphere had a wonderful small town feel. Very accessible to the major roads into Dayton, OH.
