"We had an excellent stay at Blue Marlin Batroun! The location is honestly perfect. You’re right by the sea and within easy walking distance of the Old Souk, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore in Batroun. We barely needed to think about transportation once we arrived. The hotel itself has a ton of character. We really loved the traditional Lebanese style of the building and the decor throughout the property. It felt much more unique and personal than staying at a typical modern hotel. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast was great as well! Overall, Blue Marlin was the perfect place for our time in Batroun. Great location, beautiful atmosphere, and wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Batroun. Highly recommend!"

"The Grand Kadri did not disappoint! The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained. Our room was exactly as pictured online. Our room was very clean and cleaned daily. The air conditioning operated perfectly and was an absolute necessity if traveling to Zahlé in August. We will stay here visit after visit when traveling from the United States to visit family. The staff from check in to check out and everywhere in between was very accommodating, friendly, and most helpful! Thank you Grand Kadri our week long stay was perfect!"

"I had an amazing stay in Beirut, Lebanon! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The service was outstanding, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable from start to finish. The location in Hamra was perfect, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and shops, with everything within easy walking distance. It's such a vibrant and lively area, making it the ideal place to stay while exploring Beirut. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beirut. Thank you to the wonderful team for such a memorable experience—I can't wait to come back!"

"Hotel was good and staff great especialy Zeina. However the airport pick up was not a good welcome. I know i requested "normal" pick up and i didn't ask what that meant, but you should remove that from your services entirely if it means an old ALLO Taxi parked in a dark basement with windows open because of the heat and full of dust. Furthermore the 79 years old driver had no clue where your hotel was and i had to show him and all the road he was complaining about his health and the state of the country and his bad financial situation and i couldn't leave the taxi without doing something for him. In short guests accepting your rates and stay at your beautiful hotel will expect a better pick up standard and you should perhaps cancel the "normal" and provide only VIP airport pickup. Thanks."
