A separate fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Oven and Microwave Oven, warmer drawer, dishwasher and washing machine washer / dryer, fridge and freezer. Nespresso coffee maker. On the terrace garden furniture and dining area, parasols.
On the beach of Benedettu 100 m in the bottom of the residence without road to cross, semi Rigid rental, windsurfing and catamaran. Possibility of having lunch or dinner at the restaurant of the hotel 'La Plage Casadelmar'.
