"Lovely room which was clean and spacious. However we paid up front for a superior twin with balcony and river view. When we arrived we were given a room with a king and a small single bed. Immediately overlooking tables where people could drink . When we queried this we were shown a room with a king size bed which we had no other choice other than to accept Room was very nice but not what we had booked and paid for. "4 night stay and as others have mentioned the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was okay if all you need is a bed for the night and are travelling all day. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town/train station. Has a lovely restaurant next door with views overlooking the lake. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large with a nice bathroom, a big balcony facing the lake and the mountains. The view was peaceful, the lake was serene, and the common areas were tidy and pretty. Lecco was much less congested than Como, but if you wanted to go to Como, it was only a 35 minute drive with amazing views. I recommend this hotel. "
