The apartment is located just 50 meters from the main square of Lecco, where restaurants, bars, aperitif bars and all the amenities of city life are concentrated, and only 10 meters from Lake Como, with the possibility of walking along the lakefront or exploring the surrounding trails and mountains such as San Martino, Due Mani, Resegone and Magnodeno. The train station [about 500 meters away.
The building dates back to the 1930s, is well restored and inserted in a context of historic buildings in the center of Lecco, with generous spaces and in an excellent state of maintenance.
Located on the fourth floor of this building without elevator , the apartment is furnished in a modern style and consists of an entrance-corridor from which you can access all the rooms. The kitchen, complete with a small balcony with panoramic mountain views, is equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, traditional oven and microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso De' Longhi coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary accessories. The large room houses a large sofa, an extendable table for six people, a 75-inch TV with Sky package for movies and a small terrace furnished with a table and two chairs with a view of Monte Barro.
The bathroom, completely renovated, is equipped with a double sink, large central shower, toilet, bidet, 80-liter boiler and a practical washer-dryer. The entire house is air conditioned with split in the living room and in the two bedrooms.
The rooms include a double with lake view, double bed, bedside tables with bedside table, chest of drawers and large wardrobe; and a second bedroom with a single bed, double sofa bed and a desk ideal for smartworking, with panoramic views of the mountains and the famous “Matitone” bell tower in Lecco.

Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.
