The attention to detail and personalized service from check-in, to the restaurant, to the lovely (and incredibly clean!) rooms was unparalleled we enjoyed every meal (we were on half pension), absolutely loved the wellness center, and all the perks tjat we received during our stay (afternoon « snack » was always so yummy and ski advice was perfect!). Agnes and Johannes truly run a tight ship. We will be back!!’"
