"The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth...

"Everything was great! The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is adults only hotel spa. The suite was as good as it gets. Parking was free and plentiful. This is important as you pretty much have to have a car. Stunning surroundings. If you really must have the whole nine yards, Fruške Terme Movenpack is a sister hotel which you can use. Breakfast was a great buffet. I would not eat every meal in the hotel. Luckily, there are several small local restaurants near by. Or, you may choose to use the kitchenet. I fully recommend it."
