"Property was good for the price but very rough around the edges. Nonsmoking room reaked of smoke, sheets were stained, paint was peeling, toilet was lose from the floor, and the grounds were meh. The young man that checked me in and out was very polite and professional. He is the reason I give 3 stars and not 1."
