"I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel. "We were very impressed with the location and the room. We loved that there was a full kitchen, we’d never had a room like that. The restaurants in the surrounding area was very good. The distance to our appointment at Cleveland Clinic was also very good. The front desk when we check in in was exceptional. Chase checked us in and he was great! Overall, we loved this hotel and will definitely be back!"
