Or weather turned out to not be the best for going in the ocean ( storm in the eastern US made the wind change and the waves were pretty big) but the house is so great that we still had a great family vacation! Julie was easy to corespond with and her property manager Spence was very helpful, meeting us at the house and showing us all around. "

Private beach had perfect waves for playing in. Large grill and very functional kitchen. Enjoyed the location as it felt close to everything. Could get to either end of the island within 30 minutes. "Exuma palms is a fantastic base for a great time adventuring around Exuma. A wonderful white sand beach. Owners and staff make you feel like part of the family. If you plan to explore I highly recommend renting a vehicle as food and water are not super easy to access on the narrow shouldered roads by walking. You’ll be happy to return from a day of beach hunting to the quiet, safe and most beautiful little beach side hotel. "
