Very conveniently located and well fitted out apartment room with generous courtesy provisions supplied as well. Very handy secure parking in basement for an additional charge. Only minor issues were lack of air con (room gets warm even with windows open on a mid-September day), no microwave and a slightly soft bed. NB Rooms on third floor on Park Place side also overlooked by taller balcony flats opposite.

Booked 2 apartments in order to stay over after moving our son into university. Absolutely wish we had booked for a longer stay. Fantastic rooms with everything you could ask for. The fresh eggs and bread were a wonderful touch and the balcony overlooking the courtyard was a welcome discovery on a warm night. We will absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off.

Private apartments, super professional staff and great location! The rooms are extremely clean, they even provide extras for cleaning etc (washing up liquid, washing detergent etc). The staff are absolutely lovely, they are so welcoming and very helpful. Balcony rooms are available and they are brilliant - especially in the sunny weather. Clean patio and outside tableware. Parking is also great - it is slightly pricey at £20 however, it is very secure++++! Staff provide you with the postcode and it is so easy to access. Decent parking spaces and ample space for big cars. Easy to access the building from the car park. Overall 5* - no faults really 🙂

Well appointed serviced apartments. Citlery, crockery, 3 pans, a frying pan, knives, bowls, baking trays and a roasting dish were all supplied. We made a nice meal for the evening. Free milk, butter and jam were all available in the room and eggs were available downstairs as well as a well stocked bar where, using an honesty policy, you could pick up what you wanted and pay on checkout. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The AC didnt work too well in the bedroom but was perfect in the living room/kitchen. Check-in and check-out were efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Situated in a great location, the apartments were spotlessly clean & fully stocked. The added extras like fresh milk & fruit juice in the fridge & bread & eggs available from reception were a lovely added bonus. The honesty bar also worked very well. All the staff were very professional & helpful. If in Leeds again, will definitely stay here & would highly recommend.

On arrival the staff were extremely friendly and only too happy to help with check in. We arrived 45 minutes early but our room was ready. We booked a superior Apartment on the 3rd floor of the complex. The Apartment was wonderful. Everything was to a very good standard, clean, warm and felt like luxury. We were able to come and go as we pleased using the keycard to enter the complex. Unfortunately during the night we were disturbed by one occupant who kept knocking on our door and shouting down the corridor which kept my husband awake most of the night. This was reported to reception who informed us they had other complaints regarding the same person. Despite this we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend staying here

Excellent apartment in great location. Immaculately clean, modern decor and very well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We parked in the basement car park which has a lift to the apartments; this is £20 per night but very convenient. This is our 4th stay here and we will definitely stay here again next time we visit our relations in Leeds.
