Everything was wonderful, bit concerned about the gravel as have mobility issues but managed
Great place, room was great we had everything we needed and able to take our dog, breakfast great and staff all friendly they couldn’t do enough for us, would definitely stay here again
Quite small and compact rooms but everything you need for a short stay.very clean and tidy.tv with lots of channels. Tea,coffee machine.breakfast included we had full English breakfast which was lovely and set us up for the day.our second stay here and will definitely stay again as we visit family locally.
Stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Oulton hall and this was a short walk away. We could not fault this accommodation it was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the morning was great. I would stay here again.
Lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if we come to Leeds again.
We stayed with our dog and it was great for him as the rooms are separate from the main building with direct access to the outside. Room slightly on the small side though.
Nice people , nice room but shower needed a good clean. only down side was the parking. wasn't enough spaces.

Cosy and comfortable room but no food available if you arrive after 7pm (I arrived at 6:50 and they’d already stopped serving, which is very early for dinner) or if you need to be away at a reasonable hour in the morning, as breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30am.
Accommodation is away from the main building and is in a new condition .
Clean and serviced daily.
Breakfast from 7:30 am was useful for work
Only slight downside is they stop serving food at 6:45 which is ok most of the time but if your late back you will have to go look for somewhere else.
Overall very good
Nice place. Rooms in a separate building from the pub.
Best lit hotel room I've ever been in.
Only niggle was lack of breakfast times on Hotels.com ad; started at 8 with only a 15 minute flex when I asked.
Had I known this I wouldn't have booked this hotel as my daughter had an early interview so no time for the inclusive breakfast and we bought an on the go one instead.
Staying in stable 5 was good. Poor breakfast choice was unexpected as we had previously seen breakfast set up in the pub and the menu was limited and inflexible
The radiator didn’t work so a small oil heater was put in the room it had broken wheels. So the room was freezing.
The skirting boards and socket’s covered in thick layers of dust. Bathroom floor dusty in corners overall needed a good clean.
Mentioned the heating problem and the staff member said oh sorry I knew there was an issue but thought it had been sorted.
My room needed updating to be honest, felt really grubby when you walked in. The front door had a gap underneath so when it rained you could clearly hear it, wouldn't want to be in there on a cold day. The food was mediocre at best. I stayed here while away on business, breakfast wasn't served until 8am which is far too late so went without. The Hotels.com score here is too high in my opinion.
Helpful staff re: late check-in so that was good. Breakfast staff were lovely.
However(!), it almost feels like a duty to say this: when I entered the room there was a terrible smell of stinky feet, the place was loaded with mould, and the bathroom reeked of raw sewage. The carpet leading into the bathroom was wet when I arrived. As I said, I arrived late so I couldn’t find another hotel. I just bunkered down and tried to sleep whilst inhaling feet pong, mould, and sewage smells. So there you go… I’m guessing that a local environmental agency would have a field day.
