We had a wonderful time visiting BHam! The unit was perfect for our stay - small, but had everything my husband and I needed including a comfy bed, great shower and great food nearby. The secure unit, easy communication with Jeff and accessible parking were a plus!

Hotel was phenomenal. There was one employee that ruined my entire visit, she charged my card when she told me she wasnt. She lied straight to my face. I will never stay there because of that said employee.
