The property was cold and the device to set the temperature seemed to be out of battery. It was somewhat hard to find, and when we entered there was a vacuum cleaner sitting in the hallway. Parking can be hard to find, and the owners' emails seemed to be automatic and not responsive.

Was a brillaint night stay, was a lovely little apartment even for a family of 5. We made use of the kitchen and used the oven but the only problem was there was no oven mitts, sounds silly but i had to use a bath towel to pull the food out. Apart from that little hiccup the stay for me and my family was great.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too. Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels. Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didn’t hugely impact on us. Connection instructions weren’t correct but we worked it out eventually. Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers.

Perfect family stay

Perfect accommodation for Alton towers! We spent 2 nights here with our young children. Parking - free and easy! Was clean and tidy, had everything we needed in the kitchen. So handy being above a large Co Op that again had everything we needed food wise. A short 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Wetherspoons as well where we grabbed dinner one night, again quick and easy! Great location and highly recommend.
