"The view from the couch is awesome. Paddy Keane the owner was a nice gentleman and I enjoyed conversing with him. Cottage is comfy but if you are looking for local action, it may be too isolated for you. We loved it& didn’t mind the drive to Clifden, about 20 km. Carna was closer but much smaller but had a pub & pizza."

"I stayed for roughly 2 weeks at the cabin in July whilst working around Connemara, and it provided me the perfect place to have a nice quiet morning watching the horses and mountains in the distance, and then lovely cosy evenings watching the colours change in the fields and watching a movie. The sound of the rain (it is Connemara afteral) on the roof was especially relaxing. The cabin is I'd say brand new or near enough, it is warm, well decorated and extremely clean. "Location of property was perfect, right in the town centre. It was large enough for 5 adults and 6 kids. Layout is slightly awkward in terms of kitchen at one end of the apartment and living room at opposite end. Besides that point, we loved it! "
