"The window leaked so badly during a rain storm, it took 3 bath towel to soak up all the water. At almost midnight staff were bringing towels to us to clean up water. Floor in room was dirty, sticky. Black hair in shower. Breakfast buffet closes at 9:30 staff was cleaning and putting away items by 9:15 and asking guest to move out of the way. All ice machines were not working. The website and in-room materials falsely advertise a on-site bar and restaurant that has been closed for months. This is deceptive marketing. This is not the level of service I would expect from Hyatt. We talked to the manager Brendon upon check out. Told him that we were not happy with the level of service, cleanliness and the negligent maintenance resulting in a safety hazard, compromising guest safety due to water intrusion. He said there was nothing he could do as we booked through Expedia. I understand payment is with Expedia, but the experience is with Hyatt. I expected a proactive approach to this issue, rather than a strategy to avoid it. Our stay was dissapointing as the service level did not align with the the expected premium Hyatt brand."

"The only good thing about it , was the costumer service off the gentleman on the front desk. But the room not as good, because it was a not smoking room but people smoked inside the building and it smelled like weed super strong. Another thing was the door to go in the building, people would bang the door so hard on the middle of the night, that it was hard to sleep. Also the air conditioning would make a loud noise every time it would go on. Overall the environment was not to safe. "

"Great property to sleep over when traveling- quiet and the bed was actually very comfy!! If I am in the area again- I am coming back for sure!! Staff was very nice and accommodating "

"As far as the property itself, it was great and very remote location. The grounds are well kept in the rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast was awesome. The problem that I had that could possibly be fixed was the young man who checked us in. He quite seemed very impatient and he had a little bit of a negative attitude. We had plans to stay longer, however seem to me that he was not welcoming so we decided to go elsewhere after our second night staying there"

"This is a lovely hotel, and I have stayed here multiple times. This last time, however, we had an issue with missing items. Jewelry was unfortunately left in the room and was then suspiciously “just not there” when we asked to have it retrieved and sent to us. This tells me that someone either pocketed the items or threw them away. Either way, there’s some dishonest people working here and that makes me feel like I can’t stay at this location again. Such a shame!"
