Huis zelf was prima,schoon,netjes en ruim. Omgeving is rustig. Wel heb je kans dat het " buurhuis" verhuurt wordt aan een groep jongeren met begeleiding.dus kun je die vaak zien en horen. Wijzelf hebben er weinig last van ervaren. Mooie fiets omgeving ook.

Ungeeignet für Familien und vor allem Augenwischerei bei der Buchung, die Fotos stimmen teilweise nicht überein. Man bucht hier das Haus Nummer 70, welches das Büro des Vermieters ist. Das Gebäudefoto ist von Hausnummer 68, welches aber 3 Wohnungen beinhaltet. Man selbst kommt dann in Hausnummer 68a, welches ein eigenständiges Haus ist. Hier gibt es sehr viele Mängel. Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern vor Ort. Überall defekte Sachen, schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Lampen kaputt, Wände von Moskitos verschmiert usw. Zu allem Überfluss war das Herdset noch defekt, dieses wurde gegen ein billiges Fabrikat wieder getauscht (wenigstens zügig). Dusche total verschimmelt. Hier ist augenscheinlich das Geld verdienen im Vordergrund. In einem Schlafzimmer, wo man denkt man öffnet einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank, dann die große Überraschung. Dort waren der Wechselrichter und die Gasheizung installiert, welche nachts sehr laute Geräusche von sich geben. Ganz zu Schweigen von der Hitze, die durch diese Technik in den Raum gegeben werden. Das Wetter war super, daher wurde es sehr heiß in in den Schlafräumen oben, gefühlte tausend Grad. Lüfting war aufgrund der vielen Moskitos nicht möglich, da würde ein 2,50€ Netz schon reichen…. Draußen lose Stromkabel, defekte Schaukeln und Rutschen, kein Grill wie auf dem Foto und eine verschmorte Aussensteckdose um nur einige Mängel zu nennen. Bilder habe ich viele gemacht, kann man hier aber leider nicht hochladen bei der Bewertung.
Eigentlich ein schnuckeliges Häuschen, schade….

Der persönliche Kontakt im Vorfeld per Telefon oder Email waren top. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber die Einrichtung zeitgerecht, alles was man benötigt war vorhanden, hier konnte man den Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Gerne mal wieder.

Das Haus war sehr schön & groß. Leider haben wir im dunkeln den Eingang nicht gefunden (in der Beschreibung steht Haus Nr. 70, es ist aber Nr. 68a). Telefonisch war keiner erreichbar. Auch auf meine Mail wurde nicht geantwortet. Wir werden es sicher wieder buchen!

Familien-Kurz-Urlaub

Für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt. Die Wege nach Norddeich oder z.B. Emden sind kurz. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Hier könnte allerdings beim Geschirr, z.B. tiefe Teller oder auch weitere Kaffeetassen ergänzt werden. Fragen wurden vom Vermieter sofort beantwortet und auch ein weiterer Stuhl für die Terrasse wurde schnell organisert. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde sehr gerne von unseren Kindern genutzt. Wir können das Haus Fischkutter nur empfehlen.
