"Most staff couldn’t speak any English. Two items still listed online ,laundry and bicycles,I needed and was refused. Not so good for the average tourist ,English speaking and without a car ,but that’s why it’s not on the beaten path!"

"We used the hotel as a stopping base for days in Bruges and Lille. Staff were really welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. Parking was on the streets and as my wife has mobility problems they reserved a space outside the doors..also able to use a secured garage. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and easily accessible. Absolutely no complaints with restaurant and bar. If we do something similar wouldn't hesitate in booking again"

"Friendly staff clean room. We had paid for ocean front but did not get a room with ocean view. Didn’t matter because we were literally steps from the ocean. Owner super helpful with parking as we could not figure out where we to park. Great stay."

"The staff was great but the room was horrible. It had been regularly and recently smoked in and the whole room was so stinky it made us sick in the first few minutes. This is a deal for truckers and some labor workers but not for tourists. "

"The rooms were an adequate size for an overnight stay. I had to clean the bottom of the coffee pot before use. The shower pressure was great, and they had shampoo, body wash, and a hair dryer. Great place for the price and location."
