Modern Family Villa Dioni with Private Pool and Play Ground in Tsoukalades

In the beautiful Tsoukalades area of Lefkada Island, only at a few minutes drive from the beach is brand new Villa Dioni. Villa Dioni is a wonderful 3 bedroom Villa part of the exclusive Villa Complex called J&K View Villas offering great design, wonderful gardens, and a lovely playground your kids will love.
Entering the Villa you walk into the open plan living area with the seating room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. On the ground floor is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom that is wheelchair friendly. There is an additional bathroom next to the kitchen that is designed to fit wheelchair users' needs. Up the internal staircase is the second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony ideal to enjoy the lovely view. On the second floor you will also find the twin bedroom that is an open loft style bedroom looking over the living area.

Villa Dioni offers a large private outdoor area filled with luscious greenery and wonderfully designed seating areas. You will love the private swimming pool and of course your very own BBQ with outdoor dining right in front, ideal for cool summer nights with great food and a nice bottle of local wine.
Guest have access to the Villa and private pool area. There is also secure parking and a shared playground.
